2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.83.096: General obligation bonds — Legislature may provide additional means of raising revenue.

    The legislature may provide additional means for raising moneys for the payment of the interest and principal of the bonds authorized herein and RCW 43.83.090 through 43.83.104 shall not be deemed to provide an exclusive method for such payment.
