2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.72.904: Health system capacity account.
The health system capacity account is created in the state treasury. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Moneys in the account may be expended for the following purposes: Health data systems; health systems and public health research; health system regulation; health system planning, development, and administration; and improving the supply and geographic distribution of primary health service providers.
