2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.63A.4651: Manufactured housing — Contingent expiration date — RCW 43.63A.465.

    The 1995 amendments to RCW 43.63A.465 shall expire and be of no force and effect on January 1 in any year following the failure of the United States department of housing and urban development to reimburse the state for the duties described in chapter 124, Laws of 1993.
