2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.320.014: Department of general administration or department of licensing rules, business, contracts, and obligations continued.

    All rules and all pending business before the department of general administration or the department of licensing pertaining to the powers, functions, and duties transferred by RCW 43.320.011 shall be continued and acted upon by the department of financial institutions. All existing contracts and obligations shall remain in full force and shall be performed by the department of financial institutions.
