There is a newer version of the Revised Code of Washington
2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.31.800: State international trade fairs — "Director" defined.
"Director" as used in RCW * 43.31.790 through 43.31.850 and ** 67.16.100 means the director of community, trade, and economic development.
