2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.20A.025: "Appropriately trained professional person" defined by rule.

    The department of social and health services shall adopt rules defining "appropriately trained professional person" for the purposes of conducting mental health and chemical dependency evaluations under RCW * 71.34.052(3), * 71.34.054(1), 70.96A.245 (3), and 70.96A.250(1).
