2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.101.325: Termination of membership upon termination of qualifying office or employment.

    A member of either board appointed under RCW 43.101.315 as an incumbent official or because of employment status, ceases to be a member of the board immediately upon the termination of the holding of the qualifying office or employment.
