2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.09.450: Performance audits — Audit of performance audit program.
By June 30, 2007, and each four years thereafter, the joint legislative audit and review committee shall contract with a private entity for a performance audit of the performance audit program established in RCW 43.09.440 and the board's responsibilities under the performance audit program.
