2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 41.80.903: Pending business to be continued and acted upon.

    All business pending before the department of personnel pertaining to the powers, functions, and duties transferred in RCW 41.80.900 shall be continued and acted upon by the public employment relations commission. All existing contracts and obligations of the department of personnel, pertaining to collective bargaining, shall remain in full force and shall be performed by the public employment relations commission.
