2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 41.14.900: Severability — 1959 c 1.

    If any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this chapter should be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the validity or constitutionality thereof shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this chapter.
