2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 41.06.475: State employment in the supervision, care, or treatment of children or developmentally disabled persons — Rules on background investigation.

    The director shall adopt rules, in cooperation with the secretary of social and health services, for the background investigation of persons being considered for state employment in positions directly responsible for the supervision, care, or treatment of children or developmentally disabled persons.
