2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 41.04.810: Title not applicable to individual providers and family child care providers.

Individual providers, as defined in RCW 74.39A.240, and family child care providers, as defined in RCW 41.56.030, are not employees of the state or any of its political subdivisions and are specifically and entirely excluded from all provisions of this title, except as provided in RCW 74.39A.270 and 41.56.028.
