2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 35.87.040: RCW 35.87.020 inapplicable to sale, lease or conveyance to federal government or agency or to the state or any county, city or political subdivision.

    The provisions of RCW 35.87.020 shall not apply to any sale, lease or conveyance to the federal government or to any agency thereof, or to the state or any agency, county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state.
