2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 19.32.030: Director — Duties.
The director of agriculture is hereby empowered to prescribe and to enforce such rules and regulations and to make such definitions, and to prescribe such procedure with regard to hearings, as he may deem necessary to carry into effect the full intent and meaning of this chapter.
