2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 19.240.070: Format of statement or expiration date.
A requirement under RCW 19.240.030 through 19.240.060 that a statement or expiration date be printed on a gift certificate is satisfied if the statement appears as otherwise required on a sticker permanently affixed to the gift certificate.
