2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 10.01.090: Corporations — Judgment against.

    If the corporation shall be found guilty and a fine imposed, it shall be entered and docketed by the clerk, or district or municipal court as a judgment against the corporation, and it shall be of the same force and effect and be enforced against such corporation in the same manner as a judgment in a civil action.
