§ 15.2-2283.1. Prohibition of sexual offender treatment office in residentially zoned subdivision
Universal Citation: VA Code § 15.2-2283.1 (2021)
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no individual shall knowingly provide sex offender treatment services to a person required to register with the Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry pursuant to Chapter 9 (ยง 9.1-900 et seq.) of Title 9.1 in an office or similar facility located in a residentially zoned subdivision.
