§ 54.1-2902. Unlawful to practice without license

Universal Citation: VA Code § 54.1-2902 (2020)

It is unlawful for any person to practice medicine, osteopathic medicine, chiropractic, or podiatry or as a physician assistant in the Commonwealth without a valid unrevoked license issued by the Board.
