§ 36-102. Modification, amendment or repeal of Code provisions
Universal Citation: VA Code § 36-102 (2020)
The Board may modify, amend or repeal any Code provisions from time to time as the public interest requires, after notice and hearing as provided in ยง 36-100 of this chapter. No such modification or amendment shall be made effective earlier than thirty days from the adoption thereof.
