§ 28.2-560. Larceny of oysters and shells; penalty

Universal Citation: VA Code § 28.2-560 (2020)

Any person other than the holder of an oyster-planting ground or his agents or employees who goes upon such ground and takes oysters and shells is guilty of larceny.
