§ 22.1-289.045. Retaliation against reports of child abuse or neglect
Universal Citation: VA Code § 22.1-289.045 (2020)
No child day program or family day system shall retaliate in any manner against any person who in good faith reports child abuse or neglect pursuant to Chapter 15 (ยง 63.2-1500 et seq.) of Title 63.2.
