§ 19.2-390.03. Development and dissemination of model policy on fingerprinting and reports to the Central Criminal Records Exchange
Universal Citation: VA Code § 19.2-390.03 (2020)
The Department of State Police shall develop a model policy on the collection of fingerprints and reporting of criminal history record information to the Central Criminal Records Exchange as required by ยง 19.2-390. The Department shall disseminate such policy to all law-enforcement agencies within the Commonwealth.
