§ 6.2-1504. Restrictions on name
Universal Citation: VA Code § 6.2-1504 (2018)
No licensee shall use a firm, corporate, or assumed name that contains any of the words "savings," "trust," "trustee," "bank," "banker," "banking," "investment," "thrift," "building," or "industrial."
