§ 55-211. Persons in possession liable for waste

Universal Citation: VA Code § 55-211 (2018)

If any tenant of land or any person who has aliened land commit any waste thereon, while he remains in possession, unless by special license so to do, he shall be liable to any party injured, for damages.
