§ 45.1-161.248. Ground control
Universal Citation: VA Code § 45.1-161.248 (2018)
The provisions of Article 11 (ยง 45.1-161.287) of Chapter 14.4 of this title shall apply with respect to the pits, highwalls, benches, banks, and walls associated with any coal mining activities conducted at the surface areas of underground coal mines.
