§ 38.2-1334.17. Sanctions
Universal Citation: VA Code § 38.2-1334.17 (2018)
Any insurer failing, without just cause, to timely file the CGAD as required in this article shall be subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions set forth in Chapter 2 (ยง 38.2-200 et seq.).
