§ 37.2-301. Appointment of Commissioner
Universal Citation: VA Code § 37.2-301 (2018)
The Commissioner shall be appointed by the Governor, subject to confirmation by the General Assembly, if in session when the appointment is made or, if not in session, at its next session.
