§ 29.1-530.2. Unlawfully killing bear; penalty

Universal Citation: VA Code § 29.1-530.2 (2018)

Any person who kills or attempts to kill a bear in violation of any provision of this article or of a regulation adopted thereunder shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
