§ 19.2-368.22. Actions to defeat chapter void

Universal Citation: VA Code § 19.2-368.22 (2018)

Any action taken by any person convicted of a felony, whether by way of execution of a power of attorney, creation of corporate entities, or otherwise, to defeat the purpose of this chapter shall be void.
