§ 18.2-480. Escape, etc., by setting fire to jail

Universal Citation: VA Code § 18.2-480 (2018)

If any person lawfully imprisoned in jail escape, or attempt to escape therefrom, by setting fire thereto, he shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
