§ 15.2-981. Authority to sell dogs trained for police work
Universal Citation: VA Code § 15.2-981 (2018)
A locality may sell any dog specially trained for police work to the handler who was last in control of such dog, at a price deemed by the locality to be appropriate. Such sale shall not be deemed a violation of the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act (ยง 2.2-3100 et seq.).
