§ 55-225.45. Sheriff authorized to serve certain notices; fees therefor

The sheriff of any county or city, upon request, may deliver any notice to a tenant on behalf of a landlord or lessor under the provisions of ยง 55-225.20. For this service, the sheriff shall be allowed a fee not to exceed $12.
