§ 44-21. Bonds of Adjutant General and fiscal clerks
VA Code § 44-21 (2016) What's This?
The Adjutant General and his fiscal clerks shall each give bond, with sufficient sureties, to be approved by the Governor, as provided by law for other state officers.
