Chapter 9 - Virginia Stock Corporation Act
§ 13.1-722.9. Entity conversion
A. A domestic corporation may become a domestic limited liability company pursuant to a plan of entity conversion that is adopted and approved by the corporation in accordance with the provisions of this article.
B. A domestic limited liability company may become a domestic corporation pursuant to a plan of entity conversion that is approved by the limited liability company in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 (ยง 13.1-1081 et seq.) of Chapter 12.
