§ 65.2-1304. Utilization review program
VA Code § 65.2-1304 (2015) What's This?
The Statewide Coordinating Committee shall develop a utilization review program for services rendered by physicians that are paid for in whole or in part pursuant to this title. Each regional peer review committee shall have responsibility for implementing the utilization review program in its health systems area.
