§ 55-297. Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University designated as administrative agency
The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University is herewith designated as the authorized state agency to collect and distribute information, to authorize such modifications as are referred to in § 55-294, and generally to advise with and assist appropriate state and federal agencies and individuals interested in the development of the provisions of this chapter.
