§ 46.2-1210. Motor vehicles immobilized by weather conditions or emergencies

VA Code § 46.2-1210 (2015) What's This?

Whenever any motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer, or combination or part of a motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer is immobilized on any roadway by weather conditions or other emergency situations, the Department of Transportation may move or have the vehicle removed to some reasonably accessible portion of the adjacent right-of-way. Disposition thereafter shall be effected as provided by § 46.2-1209.
