§ 45.1-161.105. Scope of chapter
VA Code § 45.1-161.105 (2015) What's This?
This chapter shall be applicable to the operation of any underground coal mine in the Commonwealth, and shall supplement the provisions of Chapter 14.2 (ยง 45.1-161.7 et seq.).
