§ 36-74. Notice and hearing on rules and regulations
VA Code § 36-74 (2015) What's This?
The Board shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) when adopting, amending or repealing any rules or regulations under this law.
