§ 36-11.1:1. Compensation of commissioners generally

VA Code § 36-11.1:1 (2015) What's This?

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any redevelopment and housing authority may, from funds of the authority and with the approval of the governing body, pay each commissioner not exceeding $150 per month for services as a commissioner, in addition to such expenses as are allowed by law.
