§ 35.1-3. Commissioner vested with Board's authority
VA Code § 35.1-3 (2015) What's This?
The Commissioner shall be vested with all the authority of the Board pursuant to this title when it is not in session, subject to such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Board.
