§ 16.1-277.2. Rejection of plea agreement; recusal
VA Code § 16.1-277.2 (2015) What's This?
Upon rejecting a plea agreement in any delinquency matter, a judge shall immediately recuse himself from any further proceedings on the same matter unless the parties agree otherwise.
