Title 12.1 - State Corporation Commission
§ 12.1-35. Judgments to be in favor of Commonwealth

VA Code § 12.1-35 (2015) What's This?

All judgments of the Commission shall be entered in favor of the Commonwealth and when collected shall be paid by the clerk of the Commission into the treasury of Virginia.
