§ 58.1-3154. Selection and approval of depositories
VA Code § 58.1-3154 (2014) What's This?
The depository or depositories for the money received by a county treasurer shall be selected pursuant to the provisions of the Virginia Security for Public Deposits Act (§ 2.2-4400 et seq.).
