§ 56-574. (Repealed effective October 1, 2014) Preservation of the Virginia Highway Corporation Act of 1988


VA Code § 56-574 (2014) What's This?

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to repeal or change in any manner the Virginia Highway Corporation Act of 1988, as amended (ยง 56-535 et seq.). Nothing in the Virginia Highway Corporation Act of 1988, as amended, shall apply to qualifying transportation facilities undertaken pursuant to the authority of this chapter.
