§ 56-253. Existing remedies retained
VA Code § 56-253 (2014) What's This?
Nothing contained in this chapter shall in any way abridge or alter the remedies at common law, in equity, or by statute, but the provisions hereof shall be deemed to be in addition to such remedies.
