§ 55-79.97:2. Properties subject to more than one declaration


VA Code § 55-79.97:2 (2014) What's This?

If the unit is subject to more than one declaration, the unit owners' association or its common interest community manager may charge the fee authorized by ยง 55-79.97:1 for each of the applicable associations, provided however, that no association may charge an inspection fee unless the association has architectural control over the unit.
