§ 55-341. Transfer of ownership


VA Code § 55-341 (2014) What's This?

It shall be unlawful for the developer to transfer fee simple ownership of lots or parcels within a subdivision to a lot purchaser by any other means than by a general or special warranty deed or other deed complying with Title 55, Chapter 4 (ยง 55-48 et seq.).
