§ 54.1-2818.3. Applications for registration required


VA Code § 54.1-2818.3 (2014) What's This?

Any crematory shall apply for and receive a registration from the Board as a registered crematory. However, this section shall not supersede or restrict the provisions of ยง 54.1-2814.1.
