§ 54.1-2341. Exemption from levy, garnishment and distress
VA Code § 54.1-2341 (2014) What's This?
Any money, personal property or real property paid, delivered or conveyed subject to ยง 54.1-2325 shall be exempt from levy, garnishment or distress.
